Effective Date: 25 February 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ArcadeDock website and related pages, features, and content (the “Site”), operated by SIA Anastrade2025 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. 1. Scope of Service ArcadeDock presents digital goods, including game activation keys for third-party platforms such as Steam (“digital goods” or “keys”). Product listings may include game descriptions, images, pricing information, and activation scope information (for example, country/region availability). Availability of products, pricing, and transaction functionality may change at any time. Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any specific product, payment method, or transaction functionality will be available at all times. 2. Eligibility and Use of the Site You may use the Site only if you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If the Site offers a checkout flow without a user account, you are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate information required for transaction-related communication. You must not use the Site: - for unlawful purposes; - to impersonate another person; - to interfere with the Site’s operation or security; - to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. 3. Product Information and Activation Scope We aim to present product information accurately, but product descriptions, images, compatibility notes, and other metadata may contain errors, omissions, or may change over time. Activation scope (including EU/EEA or other regional availability) is shown on each product and relates to the product key’s activation/use conditions, not to the intended audience of the Site. You are responsible for reviewing the activation scope and compatibility information before initiating a transaction. 4. Pricing, Currency Display, and Payment Method Information The Site may display prices in more than one display currency (for example, USD and EUR). Currency switching on the Site is for display purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout. The Site may describe digital asset payment options (including USDT on TRC20 or BSC) in a neutral, informational manner. Availability of any payment method is subject to the current checkout functionality and on-site notices. We reserve the right to change prices, supported currencies, and displayed payment method information at any time, including before a transaction is confirmed. 5. Checkout Communication and Transaction Confirmation If transaction functionality is available, the checkout process may require an email address and other information necessary to process and communicate transaction status. A transaction is not considered accepted or completed unless and until it is confirmed through the Site flow and/or confirmation notices provided by us. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or place a transaction on hold where reasonably necessary, including for verification, risk review, error correction, suspected abuse, or legal compliance. 6. Delivery and Key Reveal Where transaction functionality is available and a transaction is confirmed, access to a digital key may be provided through the Site flow (for example, key reveal on a product/order page) after applicable confirmations or checks. We do not guarantee immediate or uninterrupted delivery. Delivery timing may vary due to verification steps, technical issues, provider availability, or other operational reasons. You are responsible for securely storing any revealed key and verifying redemption instructions before use. 7. Refunds and Cancellations Due to the nature of digital goods, once a key has been revealed, displayed, or otherwise made available to you, the transaction is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Before key reveal, refund, cancellation, or reversal requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to these Terms, provider constraints, fraud/risk review, and applicable law. If a transaction is cancelled by us before key reveal (for example, due to pricing error, risk concerns, or unavailability), we may provide reversal or refund in accordance with the payment method used and applicable law, where relevant. 8. Prohibited Conduct, Fraud, and Abuse You must not: - use stolen payment instruments, stolen funds, or unauthorized accounts/wallets; - provide false identity or contact information; - engage in fraud, attempted fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment disputes made in bad faith; - use bots, scripts, or automated methods to abuse the Site; - resell, redistribute, or use keys in violation of publisher/platform terms or applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, suspend access, or take other protective measures where abuse or prohibited conduct is suspected. 9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights The Site’s design, branding, text, and original content are owned by or licensed to SIA Anastrade2025 unless otherwise stated. Game titles, logos, screenshots, and trademarks may belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, compatibility, or descriptive purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our branding or third-party intellectual property except as permitted by law. 10. Disclaimers The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that: - the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free; - product information will always be complete or current; - any particular payment method or transaction functionality will be available at any given time. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIA Anastrade2025 and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 12. Compliance and Legal Requests We may take actions reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, sanctions restrictions, court orders, regulatory requests, or other legal obligations. This may include restricting access, declining transactions, requesting additional information where appropriate, or preserving records as required by law. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law applies. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the competent courts or dispute forum specified under applicable law and the governing law arrangement above, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
